Data Deletion Request

You have the right to delete all personal data we hold about you at any time, with no questions asked.

To delete your email subscription data:

  1. Click the unsubscribe link in any daily email we have sent you — this deletes your data immediately.
  2. Or email us directly at support@3iapps.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your email address.
  3. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.

To delete app data:

  1. All learning data (word history, streaks, settings) is stored locally on your device.
  2. To delete it: go to your device Settings → Apps → Motjour → Clear Data.
  3. Or simply uninstall the app — all local data is removed automatically.
  4. If you enabled cloud sync, email us to delete your server-side data as well.

We comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act. All deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
